The song begins with the powerful background voices of a Black choir followed by CeeLo Green’s soulful voice. The track then hears the arrival of Reggaeton icon De La Ghetto’s crisp voice who raps in both Spanish and English. “Less war, less greed, that’s what’s missing” is just one of the few emotional lines from “LOVE.”
Filmed in Miami, FL and directed by Ramon “Raycuts” Cruz, the audiovisual production includes images of events that have occurred in the past two years. From protests, the COVID-19 pandemic, to war, the video uses these clips to further elevate its message about the importance of love and peace during these unprecedented times.
