LP embarks upon her European Summer headlining tour and festival circuit in June
The singer-songwriter returns to México City on October 22 & 23 to perform at two sold-out shows at Auditorio Blackberry
With Pride Month here, we are thrilled to share the Official Fan Video (created by the talented Maayan Priva) for LP’soutstanding «Shaken.»Conveying the pain of seeing your former lover with a new person, «Shaken» breaks the mold with LP’s fiery feelings and melodic acrobatics.
NYLON gives us an exclusive look at the video and says it’s «a cheeky animated music video that pokes fun at the song’s heightened drama and perfectly demonstrates all the angst that comes with falling hard for someone.»
LP explains, «this little video captures some of the fun of the song, and its inherent comical anxiety.»
The song comes on top of the beginning of her Summer tour where LP embarks upon her European headline and festival circuit (tour dates below) selling 4,000+ tickets to her headline shows and playing various festivals including Latitude Festival in the UK. In October LP will return to México where she will play at Festival Coordenada in Guadalajara, Jalisco and inMéxico City where she will perform at two sold-out shows on October 22 and 23rd at Auditorio Blackberry.
LP recently talked to Ones To Watch on her experience of being gay in the music industry. She explains, «Being gay has definitely been a challenge in that people in the industry can sometimes think that defines you.» What has defined LP is her music – 18 #1 songs around the world, playing to upwards of 7,000 fans a night, with her catalog now over a billion streams.
